Bantu ThatchThe Denwar Bantu pattern is similar to other speckled patterns of its day, such as Laurel's California Life. However, the main difference is the shapes this dinnerware took. The lines were considered "modern" for their time. None of the pieces were "standard" shapes: no round plates or cups. Even the salt and pepper shakers look like they were designed by Benjamin Bufano. |
