Barney's Casino was located at South Lake Tahoe from 1961 until it was bought out by Harrah's in 1987.

Barney's like various other casinos all had their own ashtrays throughout the casinos. These often ended up in the luggage or pockets of their patrons. They were actually not produced by the casinos but purchased from various supplier.
